Terms & Conditions

The following Terms & Conditions apply to any purchases made from Dotty Hen Jewellery and Gifts, by placing an order you are
automatically bound by them so please make sure that you read them carefully.

Payment

Payment can be made either using Paypal or by sending a cheque to the following address:
Dotty Hen, The Threeways, Lower Boddington, Daventry, Northants, NN11 6XX.

Cheques must be made payable to 'Dotty Hen' and will require up to 5 days to clear before we can despatch your order. Details on the cheque must include your name, card number, expiry date and cheque guarantee amount. Purchases using Paypal for credit card payments will be despatched after payment has been received and cleared.

P & P and Delivery

For all orders under £45.00 and within the UK, Postage & Packing is £2.00, for all orders over £45 delivery is free of charge. All orders will require a signature upon delivery. For deliveries outside of mainland UK please contact us for special postage rates. Please note you will be responsible for complying with your country’s importation laws and taxes. All goods sent are at the purchaser's risk. We will endeavour to deliver your goods within 14 days of receipt of your payment, in most cases this will be much sooner. If an item is out of stock we will contact you to inform you of expected delivery date, if you feel this date is unsatisfactory you can, of course, cancel the order.

Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with the goods please return them to us in the same condition and, as far as possible, in the same packaging in which they were originally sent to you. Please make sure that you return any item within 28 days. We will then refund you by cheque. Please make sure that you obtain a proof of postage certificate as we can not be held responsible for goods that may be lost in transit. Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons we are unable to refund or exchange earrings unless they are faulty.
